These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any services provided by us, including land clearing, grading, mulching, and road reconditioning. By accessing our site, requesting an estimate, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services
Rapsilver Company LLC provides land services such as clearing, grading, mulching, and road reconditioning using skid‑steer equipment. Services are performed based on your project description and our on‑site assessment. We offer free estimates but reserve the right to adjust scope based on site conditions.
2. Estimates and Quotes
Free estimates are provided via phone, email, or on‑site review. Estimates are valid for 30 days and are not binding until a written agreement is signed. Changes to scope may affect pricing.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, check, or electronic transfer. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee. We do not accept credit cards or process payments online.
4. Warranties and Guarantees
We warrant our work to be performed in a professional manner using appropriate equipment. We guarantee results for 30 days post‑completion against defects in our workmanship. This does not cover natural wear, weather damage, or misuse. No warranties are provided for third‑party materials.
5. Limitations of Liability
Rapsilver Company LLC is not liable for damages arising from unforeseen site conditions, weather delays, or acts of nature. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not responsible for property damage caused by hidden utilities or underground hazards.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel services with 48 hours’ notice. Refunds for cancellations will be prorated based on work completed. No refunds for completed projects.
7. Safety and Access
You must provide safe access to the site and disclose any hazards (e.g., utilities, soft ground). We follow safety protocols but are not liable for accidents on your property.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Texas law. Any disputes will be resolved in Harris County courts.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
